In the extremely difficult conditions of the war, Ukrainian business became a pillar of the state. Paying taxes and volunteering, supporting the Armed Forces, and investing despite the war became a mandatory rule for both small businesses and industrial companies. Protected jobs and stable wages are the last signs of a normal life for citizens that business provides in this difficult time.

We are all unites by the main goal – to contribute to Victory.

Against this background, Ukraine has covered by a wave of corruption and raider attacks. The arbitrariness of werewolves in epaulettes and judicial robes exceeded all limits. There is a war going on, so it is more than a crime on their part.

Raiding attacks coordinated by corrupt people undermine the state’s defense capabilities, since the Armed Forces has financed by taxes on enterprises. This is a matter of national security.

Illegal pressure on business owners by corrupt officials caused the second wave of emigration of industrial enterprises abroad. This is permanent job loss.

Whoever engages in extortion in wartime and sells the honor of a uniform or judicial robe for a bribe must prosecuted.

As civil servants raiders are confident of their impunity, businesses accept the challenge. We will form a public register of raiders, which will include “disgraceful” law enforcement officers and judges.

We call on the President, as the guarantor of the Constitution, immediately intervene in the situation in order to protect the provisions of its 42nd article. It is unacceptable for werewolves in the rear undermine the defense capability of the state. The Commander-in-Chief must stop this arbitrariness.

We are ready to name the specific coordinators and executors who put pressure on the business. It is time for the head of state to exercise his powers and restore order.

During martial law, law should prohibit the use of government forces in corporate disputes that do not concern national security. It is also important permanently and without exception ban searches and other forms of “mask show”, if the company is willing to voluntarily provide any documents that the investigation requires. Judges, black notaries and registrars, the illegality of whose decisions are obvious and proven in higher authorities, should prosecuted in a simplified manner.
