On January 15, 2020, an article: “Lebediev’s dangerous business: Diesel plant is operating with fire safety violations,” which was subsequently reprinted by a number of other media outlets with reference to the original source, was published on the 24tv.ua portal.
This article contains information that, unfortunately, has not been duly verified and is not consistent with reality. Therefore, the editorial team offers an apology to the group of companies “Aurum Group” and its owner Alona Lebedieva.
Thus, Diesel Plant LLC began production of railway freight cars at the end of 2017. The beneficial owner of the enterprise is Alona Lebedieva. Any involvement of Pavlo Lebediev in performance of Diesel plant is a 100% figment of the mind of individuals, who artificially try to connect this asset with him.
Limited Liability Company “Heron-Trade” (the owner of a part of the production capacities, where Diesel Plant LLC operates) provided the editors of the 24tv.ua portal with the Act of Inspection of the Kryvorizkyi City Department of the Central Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region. No. 22/12 dated 01.03.2019, in which it is indicated that the results of the inspection revealed the absence of violations in the area of fire prevention and technogenic safety at the address: 34 Avtozavodska St., Kryvyi Rih, find below the link to see this Act.
The absence of violations in the area of fire prevention and technogenic safety at “Diesel Plant” LLC is also confirmed by the Act of Unscheduled Inspection of the Kryvorizkyi City Department of the Central Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk Region No. 102/12 dated 31.05.2019, which can be found under the following link.
Aurum Group also emphasizes that none of the group’s enterprises has ever produced and does not produce weapons and has not delivered such products to the Russian Federation respectively.
